Would you like to talk about how coaching and my retreat sessions can get you closer to want you want from life? I'd love to connect with you for a conversation (no obligation!) - you'll always get a direct response from me personally.
Sincerely, Dr. Julie

Dr. Julie Goldsmith
For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with amazing people as a consultant and coach. Again and again, my experiences have solidified my view that hidden potential is waiting in each individual. I bring this core approach to my coaching and hold dearly the privilege to walk with people in their life journeys.
In the early '90s, I began my career working with and coaching individuals to understand their core pattern of motivation. I call it a person's "love to do" - we all have things we "can do" but there are times when someone is in the groove and it brings a deeper satisfaction, even joy.
As my "love to do" for people's growth and development progressed, I earned my doctorate in Organization Development and a certificate of executive coaching from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. As a member of the International Coach Federation, my education and experience is grounded in the ICF's professional coaching ethics and standards of practice.
I made the shift from executive coaching to life coaching as my clients asked to explore topics around their life balance, not just success at work. I focus on the amazing time of life after 40 - a time of creativity, change, and possibilities for many women.
My hobbies include spending time with my husband and our expanding family, gardening, using a variety of creative media, and being in the woods.
